Resins
CompositePatch Resins are DNVGL certified and may be supplied in patch formats with the fibre, but also in 400 ml cartridges which is very practical for larger repairs.
The innovative 400 ml format with scales in gr. on the cartridge body enable preparing repairs and ensuring the precision of resin fibre ratio at each layer.
Our resin solutions will cure under a wide range of extreme conditions cures such as low temperatures and very high humidity. Direct curing without waiting geltime for faster repairs & very fast TG evolution are key to reducing repair times.
Patches
The patented CompositePatch patches system are manufactured with all the usual types of fibers grammage and orientations used for wind blade construction.
They are manufactured with DNV-GL Approved resin & fibres with proven long term durability for all repair products.
Biaxial 600 gr/m2, 800 gr/m2, 1000 gr/m2 Triaxial 900 gr/m2 Unidirectional 1200 gr/m2.
The format is the most practical repair format for rope works.
Adhesives
Highly toughened epoxy adhesive for composite structural assemblies, core bonding & filling and also used as adhesion promotion layer on structural repair laminations, improving up to 30% the laminate adhesion.
Easy to use 2-in-1 coaxial cartridges format which can be used using a standard 1 component caulking gun – or 400 ml side by side cartridges.
Very little sensitivity to climatic conditions:-20ºC to 40ºC and > 90% RH aplicable.
The low viscosity, but highly thixotropic adhesive is non sagging, maybe injected and will result in long lasting structural unions with fast strength development and high resistance to micro cracking.
Lightweight filler
CompositePatch Lightweight Filler is a fast curing, lightweight, and easy sanding profiling epoxy filler.
The formulation of this epoxy lightweight filler will help improve health and safety for the workers and follows the latest EU regulation (CE) n°453/2010 and does not contain any CMR materials.
Lightweight: 0,8 density.
Simple mixing ratio 1:1 by weight or volume.
Available in clip pack and cartridges.
Compatible with leading topcoats and leading edge protection systems.
